Welcome to Crack&Wish! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Crack&Wish mobile application (the "App") operated by Crack&Wish Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Crack&Wish is a lifestyle and entertainment application providing personalized fortune cookies, tarot card readings, astrological insights, and AI-driven dream interpretations. All content provided within the App is strictly for entertainment purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should never rely on the App's content for serious life decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account using your Google or Apple credentials, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may only create one account per individual. Your chosen username (@handle) is permanent and cannot be altered after registration.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to:

The App may offer virtual currency ("Soul Stones") and a premium subscription service ("Crack&Wish Elite").
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio (haptics/sounds), and software, are the exclusive property of Crack&Wish Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Our dream interpretation feature utilizes Google Gemini AI to analyze user-inputted text. The interpretations generated are automated, speculative, and for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or meaningfulness of AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRACK&WISH STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account via the Profile settings and uninstalling the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
